I purchased ZANFEL for forty-five bucks at my local pharmacy... I was told to use it as directed... I used it in the shower wetting done the skin as directed then applied the ointment.. I got no results on several applications... I used the whole tube with no results...
I have written several emails to ZANFEL and called them several times... Last evening I got a call from someone at ZANFEL who asked me some questions.. I told him of my dissattisfaction with the product... He informed me he was not a doctor but that I did not have poinson ivy or poison oak...
I think ZANFEL is a high priced "snake oil." I asked for my money back and was told they did not give refunds... I intend to follow-up with corporate... I definitely am not satisfied with the product and think they are peddling "snake oil."
