| Prednisone 10mg and Triamcinolon 0.1% are both by prescripsion only and the Prednisone is not good for persons with bone loss and will reduce bones even more. Wash with soap asap and try the calimine lotion before going the prescrip route. Keep the sores covered after using any lotion or creame with Bandaids or large covering while you sleep to contain the lotions and keep the juice from the sores from getting on your face and other body members even through it says the juice will not spread it any more, which I do not believe. Maintain a sterile attitude about how you treat it, because it burns and is painful. Of course, it's difficult to stay away from this stuff and learn to identify it and be safe. If it's on your face, call your Doctor on the phone and they will usually call you both of the two prescrips in to you drug store and have the fax or phone of your favorite store ready to give them.
