I am so miserable myself. I cleaned out my yard Sunday and cut poision ivy and cleared it out. At least I had gloves on, but shorts and a sleeveless shirt didn't help. I have the worst poison ivy I have ever had. My dr was even grossed out. Today it is running so bad I have to keep dabbing at my arms with tissue. I tried Zanfel on Monday, it helped relieve the itch and I believed what I read that it gets rid of it - WRONG!! I spent $80 on 2 1oz tubes and the rash has only gotten worse. DOn't waste your money. Dr put me on prednisone and gave me a prescript cream, also using calagel and Aveeno oatmeal baths. I think it just takes time, believe me, I hate to say it!
