Oh my gosh! I just got my first reaction to PI, and I have been so miserable, but I cannot imagine it where you have it, I am so sorry!
I tried a product that helped the itch, it did not clear it up as promised, but it helped the itch greatly. Zanfel. There is a section about this in the products section of this page. It is pricey, but it helped.
Just FYI, after the rash kept spreading, I broke down and went to the doctor, and the one thing the my doctor gave me for the itch, and it has been amazing, is Zyrtec. 1 pill every 24 hours, and I can sleep through the night.
