Hi all --
I have been miserable with what I had diagnosed by my derm as dermatitis. When I saw her last week it wasn't as bad, just some itching and small bumps. But it's turned into FULL-BLOWN poison ivy. I didn't realize that it was poison ivy until today when my sister-in-law (who is also a doctor) said that her husband also had it, and we were working in a yard together over the 4th of July. however, he had already had it and I'm just now getting it. The first symptoms started to show probably on the 11th.
Has this long lagtime ever happened to anyone else? It seems weird to me. This is my first (and hopefully LAST) brush with poison ivy. |
