Thank you for your advice.
I will try to stay calm and will make a list of questions (a great suggestion) for my doctor about this rash. When I call him I will also ask what other kinds of plants in a normal yard/garden can cause this kind of reaction. I am pretty sure I got a reaction to some plant bush or debris that was in that (regular) ivy patch I pulled from around a douglas fir tree and off its bark doing yard work.
