Is the rash of a systemic reaction supposed to resemble the initial poison ivy rash? I got regular-looking poison ivy on my forearms. Just when I got over that (eight days later) my stomach, chest, back, neck and scalp broke out with a different looking rash, to which my doctor sneered, "that doesn't look like poison ivy." It's a wallpaper of scattered red dots and splotches. None are raised or juicy, but they itch. Thanks for your anticipated help!
