| I've had this type of thing happen before, and it appears to me to be the fact that this affliction takes a LONG time to completely heal. Although you may not have the actual oozing rash and all, the affected areas have not returned to normal and will flare up with heat. This is my opinion, anyway...based on my esperience. |
