From what I've read, it could be impetigo. Impetigo is a bacterial infection and is contagious. From the Health Gazette: Impetigo is a crusty yellow sore that spreads rapidly to other parts of the body and doesn�t seem to heal like the other areas of poison ivy. You'll need to see a doctor for a final determination and if it is impetigo you'll likely be put on antibiotics.
