Hi Kim -

The only way to know for sure is to consider all the ways you might have come in contact with an allergen (such as plants) in the last couple days and determine if any of those are poison ivy. The urushiol oil in poison ivy, oak, and sumac cause an allergic reaction (allergic contact dermamtitis). But there are other allergens including plants which can cause dermatitis. Regardless, treatment is the same and depends on your particular situation. If the blisters don't itch, then just make sure that they are kept clean and dry. If the blisters begin to weep, use products or treatments which will help promote drying (such as taking a swim in a chlorinated pool). If the blisters itch, use products or treatments to keep the itch under control such as baking soda, topical steroids, Rhuli gel, etc.
