| Yes, its common for it to jump around to your "hot" spots, i.e. your neck or armpits, etc... I seem to get the hives with it too. Try wearing loose clothing whenever possible. It is possible to have oil somewhere that your'e not thinking of. Even a bar of soap can still have oil on it. Any pets that were involved could have it on their fur. Alot of areas to think about.
