I went wading in a clear-water stream in Hot Springs, AR over the weekend. Shortly thereafter, I experienced itching on the wet areas of my feet. I know I didn't contact PI during my walking to the stream, it was in a well mowed park. I have had very serious reactions during the past few years, with each successive reaction seemingly getting worse.
Is it possible that PI entering the water upstream of my location in large enough quantities to cause my reaction?
Is it common that each contact will get progressively worse? |
