| and within a week of getting a positive ID on the vine on my house and you guessed it! I've got a relatively mild case of PI. So far it's on two areas of my person - my face and on the underside of one breast (now THAT is a pain) It started on my chin on Wednesday as a few spots, then a little on the side of my nose AND yesterday I woke up with it under my right eye - I think it's affecting the tear duct. So I guess I'm not TOTALLY immune to it. I've been using calamine on it all and might have to find shirts I can go braless in for a few days as with the weather heating up...well, at least the women know what wearing a bra is like in the heat! I've been having luck with the hot hot hot showers on it. Now I've just got to pinpoint where I'm picking up the oil to keep getting it on my face. THREE years and no reaction until I admit that it is PI on the house...I think I liked denial better - at least my face wasn't splotchy and itchy with these icky red spots on it! PS. I'm still NOT removing the vine! LOL |
