I noticed the same thing on the back of my leg and on my forearm today--that's why I'm on this website! I've never had anything like this--it's itchy, looks a lot like a mosquito bite but the center is strange looking. I was weeding yesterday so I'm sure I came across something, but it had to be something other than poison ivy which I can identify. Any help?
