Hi Judy -
Yes all 3 do produce flowers. There are 2 species of poison ivy (one a vine and one a shrub) both of which produce small yellowish green clusters of flowers which come from the axil or the angle between the leafstalk and the stem. Poison oak is similar and there also are 2 species - one a vine and the other a shrub. Poison sumac grows as a shrub and its flowers are greenish axilliary clusters. The location, coloring, and grouping of the flowers helps in positive / negative identifications for these plants. |
