As the others have mentioned, you can spread it BUT only the urushiol oil. If you have urushiol oil say under your fingernails (an often overlooked spot to clean well), you could then spread the oil to other parts of your body and cause a reaction there as well. If you haven't cleaned clothes or other items which came in contact with the oil, then there exists the possibility there of spreading the oil to other parts of your body or to others. Now the rash itself is not something that can be spread. The rash is an allergic reaction. |
