Not sure about the No-Oak; but I know you can go to your local agriculture cooperative folks if there are any in your area and get a pill that dissolves in a gallon of water. It is supposed to kill anything it comes into contact with, but if you're like me and sick of the poison ivy (after having it all over me several times from trying to pull it up by the roots)it is supposed to work; I've just been out there checking out the plants and they have multiplied again! Check with your local agricultural office and see if they have "the pill"!
