This is one plant that just refuses to quit leaving its mark. Yup - safe assumption that this vine will be dangerous. Handle with care.
Here's an interesting and only somewhat related bit of trivia I learned recently. Poison ivy is deciduous and apparently as the leaves are in the process of falling off, the urushiol oil recedes back into the plant. So - those fallen leaves are safe. What I haven't read about (yet) is if the vine dies naturally. |
