Hi,

Natural sun I could only say try it and see. I felt the same way you did and tried a tanning bed and it made the breakouts worse. My doctor stated that the rash is a poison/infection since the white blood cells are attacking the Urishol and causing cellulitis blisters. Anytime the white blood cells are involved there is the chance for a fever and would be considered an infection. He gave me an antibiotic (Tequin) and it improved things a bit. He did say that he felt that heat would help create an infection to spread more rapidly. He said it may be just be coincidental because the break outs are going to happen regardless. It may just speed the process up and get all the breakouts to come on out.

He catagorized it by stating it would be dangerous to tan while having measles or chicken pox. They absolutely do not have ANYTHING in common with poison ivy. He was just using that as an example of another infectious type of blistering ailment.

What works for one person may not work for another. You may have great sucess.

Good luck to you. It won't last forever I promise.
