I get poison ivy atleast every other year. Well this year was the year. I went to the docotor for this outbreak and got the steroid pills. I had rashes on both arms and one on my stomach. The rashes are all dried up and are dark like I am bruised. But these past couple of days my hands have swollen up and became red and just feel so irritated. I noticed that my knees and my elbows and now the back of my ankles are starting to itch. I have no new blisters or anything just itchy in places I didn't have PI before and now my hands are so swollen I have to call in sick to work. What is this all about? I am still taking the pills but I am now taking one less each day until they are gone. Can anyone help?
