Man just the thought of itchy feet got my feet to itching.... As usual, I've got some references for you:
The dermatologist in the first link recommends Sarna lotion which apparently is over the counter. I am not familiar with this product but apparently it is something recommended by dermatologists for temporary relief of pain and itching.
I point you to the stress and skin site as the mind is pretty powerful. There is a line from one of my favorite movies, Demolition Man, and it goes "Enhance your calm, John Spartan". Keeping calm about the rash will help in reducing your itching. |
