The "leakage" from the blisters is not urushiol oil and won't cause the rash to spread, if that's the concern. I've read many recommendations for leaving the blisters uncovered if possible to allow for faster healing. There are times though when the blisters should be covered particularly to prevent infection. Treat this like you would any other wound - keep it clean and dry. Hope this helps! |
