We just moved to a wonderful country home bordered by pines.  There was a lovely spot for our daughter's swing set that has a nice pine cushion in case they fall....however (thanks to your very informative site!) I've discovered that it is bordered by poison ivy.  I have sprayed it with bush-b-gone and it is dying.  I will remove it in a week or so...and hopefully not reinfect myself(yes...I think I have it, but it's only been about 36 hours since I first "played" in it).  After I remove the plants will the area still have urushiol on it so that the area will be unsafe to play in?  (Should we just move the swing set?) Also I have a front loading washer that uses less water....will one wash cycle be enough to remove all the urushiol from the infected clothing?  Thanks for any help....this site is so helpful, especially for a first timer like myself!  Melissa
