Removing oil from carpets, sofa cushions, etc|
Hi everyone, I've been enjoying this site as a great source of info
on how to deal with my week long rash. I was wondering if anyone
knows how to remove the oils from carpet, sofa cushions, etc... I
keep getting new rashes everywhere, and I'm determined to get rid
of any oil that I may have missed so that my husband and kids don't
get any on themselves. I have a bunch of Orange Glo, but I don't
know how that would work on the above surfaces and if it would do
more harm than good. I removes grease really well from my kitchen
cabinets, but I read on the packaging that it could make surfaces
really slippery. Also, it's made from orange oil so I don't know
how effective it would be in removing the urushiol oil. Has anyone
used Technu on carpets? Thanks a bunch for your time and
