| I've had poison oak in my armpits for over two weeks now. Unfortunately it took me over a week to decide I had it, thinking it was just a heat rash or something minor. I tried wiping it down with alchohol, taking cool showers and washing very thoroughly, and most recently I tried Technu. It still itches insanely bad, bad enough to keep me from sleeping some nights. As I write this I am staying home from work due to lack of sleep and insane itching. I used the Technu about four times and was hoping to atleast stop the spread but it has since tripled in size. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone has before I break down and spend money just for a doctor to tell me not to scratch it and it will go away. |
