I would basically get  a new band for the watch.... If that isnt an option for you then maybe use dish liquid, or tide laundry ditergent with hot water...I would not wear the watch for a week or 2 wearing tight clothing and or "watches" causes the skin temp to increase and im sure the watch is making the blisters weep. This could be why you think you haven't cleaned it well. It continues to cause weeping of the blisters and or rash by rubbing against it. I hope this is good advise for you.
